Composite Core develops engineering solutions in the field of composite materials for highly loaded, responsible and technologically complex applications. We work not only as a manufacturer of finished products, but also as a technical partner, joining the project from the concept stage and participating in the formation of the design at the material, structure and manufacturing technology levels.

Our team analyzes the technical task taking into account real operating conditions: the nature of static and dynamic loads, vibration effects, temperature conditions, aggressiveness of the environment, requirements for mass-dimensional parameters and service life. We consider the product as part of a system, where not only strength is important, but also the stability of characteristics in the long term.

Our task is to create a material and internal structure of the composite that most accurately match the functional purpose of the product. This includes selecting the type of reinforcing fiber, optimizing the orientation of the layers, choosing the resin system, calculating the thickness and stiffness, as well as adapting the design for serial production.

We strive to achieve a balance between minimum weight and maximum load-bearing capacity, ensuring repeatability of parameters and technological stability. This approach allows us to create composite solutions that surpass traditional materials in terms of specific characteristics and efficiency of use.
